Majin Buu has many forms. However, each form has a different personality and goals, essentially making them separate individuals. All of Majin Buu's forms are simply referred to as "Majin Buu" in the series, but the various forms get their common names from various Dragon Ball Z video games.

The first incarnation of majin buu or more commonly known as fat buu is the most light hearted and safest of all of his incarnations since he acts more like a spoiled child and be easily distracted by candy or interesting objects.
Super Buu is what Majin buu becomes when his inner evil consumes him, when a thug shoots Majin buu's best friend ( Mr Satan) and he goes into a rage. He became a thinner more serious version of himself
Kid Buu
Kid Buu is the final form Buu takes and he is by far the most dangerous.
He never speaks a word, just's growls and bangs his chest and without a second notice blew up the earth without flinching.
The reason he is so different from all his previous forms is because Goku and vegeta separated evil Buu from Majin Buu as well as all the people buu absorbed and therefore removing all the intelligence and common sense and doing so made him into the purest form of buu since he is the incarnation of evil
Buuhan
Buuhan is the form buu takes when he adsorbs gohan as a last ditch effort to win against him and once Gohan was absorbed Buu inherited all of Gohans intelligence and power thereby making Buu incredibly intelligent and powerful
