Vegeta is a slim yet well-built man of a below-average stature. His hair is black (or dark brown, depending on the media) spiky and it firmly stands upwards and has a prominent widow's peak. Like most Saiyans, he possesses defined eyes with a near-consistently stern look to them and his hair is a shade of black. Like other Universe 7 Saiyans, he was born with a brown-furred tail, until it was permanently (despite him stating it would grow back eventually) cut off by Yajirobe.

Super saiyan 4 (SSJ4)
The super saiyan 4 form is no longer canon but Vegeta still attained it through science when he found out he needed a tail to attain the SSJ4 form but Vegeta had his tail cut off back in the saiyan saga many years previous.
So he used a machine that produces the light waves that the moon reflects to activate the great ape transformation and then he regained his mind and harnessed the primal power of the great ape.
Great ape
Vegeta went great ape when he first appeared on Earth in the saiyan saga when he was facing off against Goku and the other z fighters,
He can no longer transform since his tail was cut off and it won't grow back.
Super saiyan (SSJ)

Vegeta eventually gained the power of the super saiyan when his anger over the fact that the power gap between him and Goku was so large eventually bubbled over and he snapped and therefore gaining the power of the super saiyan
Super saiyan 2 (SSJ2)
It is unknown when Vegeta gained the second super saiyan transformation but it's widely believed that he gained it when he was mind controlled by Babidi and gained a massive power boost from the mind control.
Super saiyan god (SSJG)
It is never specified when Vegeta or how he gained the super saiyan god transformation since you need to do the ritual to gain this transformation but he uses it for the first time in the movie Dragon ball super Broly.
Super saiyan blue (SSJB)
Vegeta gained this transformation when he was trained by the angel Whis and was exposed to god ki for a large amount of time He first used it on screen when he battled the evil emperor Lord Frieza
Super saiyan evolution (SSJBE)
Super saiyan blue evolution is the newest form Vegeta acquired in the tournament of power, while it isn't as powerful as ultra instinct it is by far the most powerful form of super saiyan in the show and is the first transformation Vegeta gained that Goku didn't already have.
